(TRIGGER WARNING: mention of sexual trauma) Wild Child is a graphic design poster that I created for an art show hosted at the 901 Ink Therapy tattoo shop during May 2024. This piece is meant to encapsulate parts of my sexual trauma. The girl in the middle is supposed to represent me. The expression on my face shows the feeling of shock, betrayal, and disgust I feel from what has happened to me, a wild indescribable feeling, with blood metaphorically representing the event that has unfolded. The white wolf symbolizes the perpetrator with its teeth looming over me. This piece meant a lot to me because it's more personal, and it was the first time (excluding elementary school) that my art has been featured in a show.
